Training Programme Outline
The UBS Accounting Training Programme provides students with
a basic understanding of how to install and use the full features
of the UBS Accounting module. This training programme is intended
for students with little or no experience in using the UBS Accounting
module. Students will learn how to create Accounts code and
entries, how to batch it and generate financial reports.
Who Should Attend
Bookkeepers, Accounts Assistants / Clerks, who want to learn
about all the features and functions of the Accounting module
and how to use it effectively to manage their accounts.
Requirements
To be able to learn effectively about the UBS Accounting module,
students must have a
basic understanding of Accounts
Skills Acquired
After attending our UBS Accounting Training, students should
be able to:
Create GL Accounts Code
Create Debtors / Creditors Accounts Code
Enter Opening Balances / Project Opening Balances
Organise batches of transactions and enter them
View / Print Financial Reports
Perform Periodic Processing and General Housekeeping

The UBS Stock Control Training Programme provides students with
a basic understanding of how to install and use the full features
of the UBS Stock Control module. This training programme is
intended for students with little or no experience in using
the UBS Stock Control module, but want to learn how to use its
features and functions effectively. Students will learn how
to create Debtors/Creditors Code and generate stock reports.
Who Should Attend
Bookkeepers, Accounts Assistants / Clerks and Store Clerks who
want to learn about all the features and functions of the Stock
Control module and how to use it effectively to manage their
Stocks.
Requirements
To be able to learn effectively about the UBS Stock Control
module, students must have a
basic understanding of Inventory Management.

be able to:
Create Debtors / Creditors Code
Create Group / Categories / Item / Location / Services Maintenance
/ miscellaneous Charges Code
Enter Opening Quantity and Unit Cost
Enter Bills
View / Print Stock Reports
