RealtorHub
was founded in August 2001 following the merger of 2 existing
real estate agencies and Mr Daniel Ng, a former National
Director of Jones Lang LaSalle. This pooling of resources
was in anticipation of the difficult market ahead and
in the midst of a recession. In June 2002, 2 other agencies
were added into RealtorHub to further consolidate resources
and to gain a bigger market share as well as greater exposure
in the market.

Real Estate Pte Ltd was set up by Mr. Daniel Ng, the former
national director of property consultancy firm, Jones
Lang LaSalle (JLL). Daniel's career in real estate spans
a remarkable 22 years in all facets of real estate. He
was involved in projects such as Four Seasons Park, The
Habitat I & II, Holland Hill Mansions, Ardmore Park and
Juniper at Ardmore to mention a few and have confirmed
to bring more projects into the market. Daniel has teamed
up with the owners of three other companies, namely, Mr.
Tan Yew Teck of ProServe Property Services, Mr. Derrick
Tan of Windmill Property Pte Ltd and Mr. Amos Toh and
Partners of Windermere Realty Services Pte Ltd. Mr. Tan
Yew Teck qualifies as Chartered Surveryor. He is also
a veteran in the HDB property market. He never hesitates
to share his expertise and vast knowledge with all who
works with him. Working previously with the HDB has been
an added value for the Company. Mr. Tan is respected for
his diligence, patience and foresightedness. Mr. Derrick
Tan specialized in residential property transactions since
1993. He was formerly with two major real estate companies
before taking the leap into management. He was a top performer
both as a producer and as a team manager. Derrick is a
hardworking hands on person. Mr. Amos Toh is a well-known
name in the HDB arena as a specialist in the western part
of the island as well as a humble, sharing and caring
person. His maturity supersedes his age. His friendliness
is infectious and those working with him can testify to
this. He based his success on sound principles and truthfulness. |
