At
the start of a competition each member will be allocated
US$250,000 of virtual money. This will be deposited in
their ITMec Bank account. The full amount can be used
for your share portfolio but this is subjected to amount
required by the options trading account. The amount of
money invested is the investor's choice. |

You
may reset your account at any point subjected to the approval
of ITMec Committee. |
| 3. |
You
may delete your account at any point. Changes cannot be
reversed. |
| 4. |
The
winners for the game will receive the prize money as specified
by ITMec Committee. |

| 5. |
All
gamers will be subjected to a charge of SGDD$22/- as admin
fee.Upon recommendation of a new gamer. The person will
receive a commission of SGD$2/-. The commission will not
be subjected to the value of admin fee chargedSHARE PORTFOLIO
RULES6. You may buy shares in any company quoted in the
home currency available from the Broker. (DOW JONES +
NASDAQ + FTSE 100 + SGX + HAN SENG + Dax 30 + All Ords) |

All
transactions will have associated dealing costs (details
available at the Broker screen) and, with $5 broker fee
and $1 stamp duty - This is less than what you pay in
a real trade |

All
purchases are made at the relevant offer price and sales
at the bid price. |
| 8. |
The
transaction prices quoted will be the best available at
that time. |
| 9. |
When
buying and selling shares, changes to the value of your
Bank account and portfolio will be made immediately, but
if the stock market is closed changes will be confirmed
the next time the stock market is open. |

There
is no limiting amount to how much you could purchase in
one stock. |

| 11. |
You
may trade on the indices and shares listed by the Broker
and for any of the offered durations. |
| 12. |
All
transactions have an associated expiry date, but can be
closed before the expiry date. All transactions cannot
be extended. |
| 13. |
The
value of your trading account will change after the purchase
is made. |
| 14. |
In
the event when there are insufficient funds available
to setoff any owing balance in the trading account.

| 1st- |
The
oldest share bought to date will be sold to clear
the balance. In the even the oldest share bought
couldn't settle the owing, the subsequent share
will be sold. Any balance will be credited back
into the ITMec Bank Account. |
| 2nd- |
When
the first option doesn't fulfill the trade account
owing, the trader will be encouraged to take up
a loan to repay the owing. Interest charged will
be as defined. |
| 3rd- |
When
both first & second option doesn't fulfill the
repayable trading account owing, the account will
be suspended and it will be subjected to ITMec's
committee review to reset the account and the amount
available in the account. |
