All fees paid are non-refundable. Students are
liable
to pay for the tuition fee
even if they fail to attend the lesson. |

| 2. |
Students must pay up their fees within the first seven days of the month.
Otherwise, a late administrative fee will be imposed when the fee is received on
the following dates:
a) 8th – 14th ($5)
b) 15th – 21st ($10)
c) 22nd – 30th/31st ($15) |

| 3. |
One month notice in writing must be given to the centre should any student wish
to withdraw from our course(s) before the end of the program. When a student has
signed the opt-out form, the student must pay for the remaining four lessons using
the deposit to offset the fees for the notice period. Otherwise, the
deposit will be
forfeited. |

| 4. |
| a) |
When a student withdraws from our course(s) and wishes to join the centre
again, the student must re-register. |
| b) |
When a student stops attending lessons for a month or more without officially
informing the centre and wish to resume the classes, the student must
re-register. |

| 5. |
Private candidates must take two in-house exams with a fee of $20 per subject. |
| |
|
| 6. |
| a) |
The centre will be closed on gazetted public holidays except in October. |
| b) |
All sessions that occur on public holidays will be rescheduled. |

| 7. |
The management reserves the right to change the class schedule(s) and the
tutor(s) should the need arise. |
| |
|
| 8. |
The management reserves the right to withdraw students who impede the
learning process of others. |
